WPin is a community resource for users new to WordPress. I’m honored that the Website Bakery was included in the “100+ Beautiful WordPress Blog Headers” article. It’s wonderful to be listed alongside the other excellent and inspirational WordPress website header artwork.
While all of the headers listed had very lovely designs, not all of them had clearly defined calls-to-action, taglines or messaging that focused on the visitors’ needs that would lead users to take action. I’d love to see a follow-up post that focuses on the strategy of how these headers work for the whole of the site’s user experience as compared to just the quality of their artwork. After all, a website’s header is the first impression you’ll get in the customer-creation play.
